Notice anything different recently?
No, not that I changed my usual thread intro by adding an emoji, but instead that the Community Feedback board is gone!
But don't worry, it's not gone permanently, it's just moved. You should also see a red button at the bottom right of your screen which reads "Need a hand?". If you click on that and fill out the short pre-chat form, you can leave suggestions, bug reports, questions and concerns there and either Gregory or myself will get back to you as soon as possible, or, if you're really lucky and catch us when one of us is online, you can engage in a livechat with us (exciting, I know)!
So, why the new update?
Well, this makes it much easier for Guests to be able to contact us with any questions or concerns they may have before wanting to sign up and there's no point in having both the boards and the LiveChat.
Also, it is must quicker, cleaner-looking and easier to access, not to mention that it is LIVE so we can see what you type, WHEN you type it, letter by letter. How cool is that!?
It's also easier than having to label individual threads on the board and it's sub-boards since now we can do it automatically when you select it from the "Support Topic" in the pre-chat form.
I know that it is a change but I really hope that everybody enjoys the new update and that people can get used to it through time.
